Load cell Cables
Load cell cables are interconnection screened cable used in load cell weighing system. Load cell cables come with cores & pair segment.
Multi-core Load cell Cable: – 6 Core & 7 Core
Multi-pair Load cell cable:- 3 Pair
We provide load cell cables for lower temperature range as well as higher temperature range up to 260°C.
TYPE 1 : PVC / PE INSULATED MULTI-CORE ARMOURED (90 °C)
CONSTRUCTION PARAMETERS:
Confirms to: BS 50288-7, BS 5308, IS 5831, IS 1554-1
Conductor: Annealed Bare Copper/Tinned Copper
Conductor Type: Stranded
Conductor Size: 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.5 Sqmm
No of Core: 6 cores & 7 cores
Insulation: Polyethylene / PVC Insulation
Core Color: By different color or by numbering
Cable formation: All cores laid up together
Binder tape: Polyester tape
Screening: Almylar tape screen with drain wire
Metal Braiding: Bare Copper / Tinned Copper with >65% coverage area
Inner Sheath: PVC material
Armouring: Galvanised iron steel wire (As per IS 3975)
Outer Sheath: FR PVC/FRLS PVC/LSZH PVC
